United Structural Systems
Commercial Foundations
Downtime costs more than the repair.
Foundation, slab and structural work for commercial properties, managed with the schedule and access constraints that come with them.

Commercial is a different conversation
As a Project Manager in the Commercial Division at United Structural Systems, this is my day job. Commercial foundation and slab work has to account for things residential work doesn't: loading, traffic, tenants, inspections and schedules that can't slip.
What we handle
- Slab settlement and void filling under warehouse and retail floors
- Foundation wall and retaining wall repair
- Structural repairs to columns, footings and loading areas
- Waterproofing and drainage for below-grade space
- Concrete lifting for parking areas, aprons and loading docks
How it runs
Scope, submittals, phasing, and a schedule that keeps your operation moving. If a portion of your building has to come offline, we plan that with you in advance.
Questions Marty hears a lot
See something that doesn't look right?
Send Marty a picture.
Crack in the brick? Uneven floor? Water in the crawl space? Sinking concrete? Send a few photos and tell Marty what you're seeing. No pressure — just a straight answer from someone local.
