What happens to what you send.

What Marty collects

When you send Marty a picture or fill out a form on this site, he receives your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the city and ZIP of the property, whether it's residential or commercial, and whatever you tell him about what you're seeing. If you attach photos, he receives those too.

How it's used

The only reason this information is collected is so Marty can look at what you sent and get back to you. Photos and details are reviewed by Marty and by the team at United Structural Systems who support his inspections and estimates.

Photos are stored privately

Photos you send are uploaded to private storage. They are not published on this site and there is no public link to them. Access follows the permissions of this application.

What Marty doesn't do

• He doesn't sell, rent or trade your information.
• He doesn't add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for.
• He doesn't share your photos publicly.
