Concrete Repair & Leveling

Sinking slabs, lifted back up.

Driveways, sidewalks, patios, garage floors and steps that have settled — lifted and stabilized instead of torn out.

Level concrete driveway beside a Middle Tennessee home

Concrete doesn't sink. The soil under it does.

A sunken driveway or a patio that's pulling away from the house almost always comes back to the ground beneath the slab. Clay soil settles, voids open up, and the slab drops into them.

What we can lift

  • Driveways and parking aprons
  • Sidewalks and walkways
  • Patios and pool decks
  • Garage floors
  • Steps and stoops

Why lift instead of replace

Replacing a slab means demolition, disposal, new concrete, curing time and re-landscaping — usually for a lot more money. Lifting and stabilizing uses the existing slab and is typically done in a day.

When replacement is the right answer

If the concrete itself is badly cracked or crumbling, lifting won't help. I'll tell you when a slab is past saving.
